Nancy Lugo has over 20 years of professional work experience. Nancy began their career at Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Finance, where they provided administrative support and coordinated large group meetings and business travel. Nancy then moved on to HSBC Private Banking, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Executive Assistant to the Global Head of Latin America, Group General Manager & Americas COO, and President & CEO. In these positions, they managed complex calendars, coordinated international travel arrangements, and handled confidential correspondence. After that, they worked at South Motors Group as a Senior Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, where they organized and managed the CEO's office operations, including calendar management and email correspondence. Currently, they are working at Russell Reynolds Associates as an Office Manager and Senior Project Coordinator. In this role, they provide comprehensive administrative and project management support, handling client presentations, candidate profiles, and general correspondence.

Nancy Lugo completed their education history with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the Universidad de Puerto Rico, where they studied from 1980 to 1984. Additionally, they obtained an HRM Certification in Human Resources Management and Services from the Continuing Education program at the University of Miami in 2013. Nancy also holds a certification in HRM from the University of Miami's Division of International Studies, which they obtained in February 2013.
