John Wood has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. John started their career in 2003 as a Production Manager at Crisscross KK, where they worked on the Metropolis & Tokyo Visitor's Guide (Print & Online) until 2005.

In 2005, John joined Russell Reynolds Associates as a Business Communications Officer & Japan Trainer. John held this position until 2007.

From 2008 to 2010, John worked as Asia Pacific Technology Learning Specialist at Russell Reynolds Associates.

In 2011, they became the Lead of Technical Learning for the Asia Pacific region, a position they held until the end of the year.
