Florencia Schindler has a diverse work experience spanning from 1997 to the present. Florencia'srecent role was as the Research Director & Managing Lead Latin America at Russell Reynolds Associates, where they focused on building teams of transformational leaders and providing strategic insights to clients in various sectors. Florencia also served as a Research Director and Research Consultant, contributing to sector and practice development, deepening expertise, and delivering value and insights to the firm and its clients. Prior to their time at Russell Reynolds Associates, Florencia worked as an Associate at Heidrick & Struggles. Additionally, they have experience as the General Coordinator for the International Economic History Association, where they were responsible for coordinating an international congress and managing various aspects of the event. Florencia began their career as a Junior Research Assistant at FIEL, where they gained foundational experience in economic research.

Florencia Schindler has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires', which they obtained from 1993 to 1998. Florencia then pursued a Master's degree in Administration and Public Policies from the Universidad de 'San Andrés' from 1999 to 2001. In 2015, they completed the Executive Program in Finance for Non-Financial Professionals at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
