Clemens Frischenschlager's work experience includes serving as the Global Head of Digital Marketing and Experience at Russell Reynolds Associates since July 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Digital Marketing, International at Mercer from April 2019 to July 2021. From 2010 to 2019, they held various roles at Moody's Analytics, including Head of Corporate Marketing and Director, Head of Branding and Digital Marketing, Associate Director, and Creative Director, Branding and Interaction Design. Clemens co-founded Mintwave in 2000, where they served as the Co-Founder and UX Director, delivering digital strategy, branding, and product development solutions to global corporations. Clemens also worked as an Interactive Art Director at Straightline International in 1999. Throughout their career, Clemens has demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, web development, and user experience design.

Clemens Frischenschlager has a diverse educational background with a focus on digital marketing and fine arts. Clemens obtained a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2019. Additionally, they have a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree from Akademie der bildenden Künste Wien.
