Robert Pearson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee and labour relations. Currently serving as Manager of Human Resources at Russel Metals since November 2015, Robert has held various positions within the company, including Manager of Employee & Labour Relations and Employee & Labour Relations Specialist, where responsibilities involve coaching stakeholders on labour matters and managing disability claims. Previous roles include HR Generalist positions at Crosby Canada and Oakgroup Automotive, where expertise in recruitment, performance management, and workforce management was developed. Robert's career began with a co-op experience at Carmeuse North America. Education includes an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Business Administration - Human Resources from Sheridan College, along with additional professional training from Stitt Feld Handy Group and Queen's University.
