Vladimir Kozlov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment management and corporate restructuring. As the Managing Director at JSC RUSNANO since July 2014, Vladimir has leveraged expertise in corporate finance and operational improvement. Prior to this role, Vladimir served as Managing Director at Clarus Capital from April 2008 to July 2014, where responsibilities included medium-term business model planning, negotiation with stakeholders, and managing start-up projects. Vladimir also held the position of Head of the Department at the Federal Government Agency for Registration, Land Survey and Cartography in 2010, enhancing work processes and contributing to legislative proposals on bankruptcy laws. Academic qualifications include an EMBA from SKOLKOVO and a Master's degree from the Academy of National Economy, complemented by a background in aviation engineering from Moscow Aviation Institute.
