Dan Bernardone is a partner at Rusing Lopez & Lizardi, PLLC, a position held since February 2021. Prior experience includes serving as an attorney at Christian, Dichter & Sluga, P.C. from March 2017 to February 2021 and at Warnock MacKinlay Law PLLC from August 2016 to March 2017. Dan began a career in law as a law clerk at Napier, Coury & Baillie P.C. (May 2015 - May 2016) and has held judicial and legal externships, including a position at the United States District Court for the District of Arizona and the Institute for Justice. Dan holds a Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University (2016) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Affairs from Marist College (2013).
