Sue Carter has extensive experience in local government and business management. Currently serving as the Cabinet Member for Democracy, Strategy, and Partnerships at Rushmoor Borough Council since May 2008, Sue has held multiple roles, including Councillor for Cove and Southwood, Deputy Mayor (2018/2019), and Mayor of Rushmoor (2019/2020). In the private sector, Sue is the Managing Director of J and A Markings Ltd and Radioactive8 Ltd, focusing on initiatives to create job opportunities for young people. Additionally, Sue has served as a governor at both Southwood Infant School and Parsonage Farm Infant School, contributing to the educational community. Previous experience includes a role as Customer Services Manager at Tradewise, emphasizing a strong background in management and community service.
