Kirk Becker started their work experience in 2010 as an Associate Software Engineer at the New York Power Authority. In 2011, they became a Software Engineer at Major League Gaming. From 2013 to 2015, Kirk worked as a Software Engineer at MadGlory before being promoted to Senior Software Engineer, a position they held until 2018. In 2018, they joined PUBG Corporation as a Principal Software Engineer and later became an Engineering Team Lead in 2019. Currently, Kirk is the CEO and Co-Founder of Rushdown Studios, starting in October 2021.

Kirk Becker completed their Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from SUNY Polytechnic Institute, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Kirk then pursued a Masters of Science degree in Computer Information Science at The College of Saint Rose, which they completed from 2011 to 2013.
