Kristo Kurg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and application management. Currently serving as a Product Owner at Rush Street Interactive since December 2022, Kristo previously held various roles at Playtech from December 2004 to December 2022, including Application Manager, Account Manager, Trainer, Senior Technical Writer, and Technical Writer. In the role of Application Manager, Kristo focused on managing the Service Now platform and implementing it from scratch in collaboration with certified partners. As an Account Manager, Kristo worked closely with customers to enhance their product performance and achieve their goals. Kristo began the career at Playtech as a Technical Writer, progressing to Senior Technical Writer and Trainer, where responsibilities included creating documentation and facilitating the onboarding of new employees. Kristo holds a degree from the University of Tartu, completed between 2001 and 2004.
