Kristen Recker, MS-HSM, currently serves as Senior Director of Network Development at Interwell Health, focusing on transforming kidney care for individuals with kidney disease. Prior experience includes the role of Director and Manager of Network Development at Rush Health, where Kristen worked on value-based care initiatives and network optimization. Kristen’s career also features leadership positions at Allegheny Health Network as Physician Relations Manager and various sales roles at Novartis, including Senior Respiratory Specialist and Glaucoma Specialty Representative, where exceptional sales performance was achieved. Earlier roles include Area Sales Manager at ADP, Tax Specialist at PwC, and Negotiation Specialist at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Kristen holds a Master of Science in Health System Management from Rush University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from Robert Morris University.
