Shannon Brown, CCM, DBIA, currently serves as a Project Executive at Ruscilli Construction, a position held since April 2023. Paschen. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Senior Field Engineer at Taylor Ball and as a Logistics Specialist in the United States Air Force. Shannon holds an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's Degree in Marketing from Mesa Community College.
