Bryan Monacelli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in emergency services and fire science. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief of Residential Training at the NYS Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Services since July 2011, Bryan also works as a Paramedic for North East Quadrant Advanced Life Support and has been a Critical Care Paramedic for Rural/Metro Corporation since September 2010. Educationally, Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Fire Services Administration from Empire State University and an Associate of Occupational Studies in Fire Protection Technology from Corning Community College.
