Shane Birdsall has over 19 years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Programmer for Rural Computer Consultants, Inc. Prior to that, in 2020, they worked as a Software Engineer Intern for Digi-Key Electronics. From 2013 to 2020, Shane worked for SL INDUSTRIES - Montevideo Technology Inc., where they held the roles of RMA Processing Engineer, Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer, and Test Technician. From 2004 to 2013, Shane worked for Logic PD, where they held the roles of Test Technician and Machine Operator. Finally, from 2002 to 2004, Shane worked for MTI as a Production Associate.

Shane Birdsall completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southwest Minnesota State University between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained an Electronics Technology degree from Ridgewater College between 2005 and 2007.
