Heather Horne has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the AVP - Relationship Manager and previously as AVP - Field Service Manager at Rural Community Insurance Services (RCIS) since September 2018. Heather's career at RCIS began in June 2001, where positions included Field Service Representative, Regional Underwriting Manager, and Agent Service Representative until April 2017. Prior to joining RCIS, Heather worked as an Underwriter at American Farm Bureau Insurance Services from March 1999 to May 2001, specializing in MPCI and Crop Hail documents. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education, Science from North Carolina State University, obtained in 1998, and graduated from Hobbton High School in 1994.
