Stephanie Bolin-Carsey is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in human resources and operational management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Rural Action since July 2023, Stephanie previously held roles as a School Bus Driver for Athens City Schools from April 2022 to July 2023 and was a retired School Bus Driver before that. Stephanie also retired as an Assistant Manager from the Cato Corporation, having worked there from April 2018 to June 2021. At Ohio University, Stephanie's tenure from April 1990 to May 2018 included positions such as Special Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer, Project Coordinator, and Administrative Coordinator, where responsibilities included budget management, departmental operations, and staff support. Additionally, Stephanie co-owned AllPower Equipment from February 1996 to September 2004. Educational credentials include studies at Ohio University and Alexander High School, graduated in 1985.
