Kathryn Hall is a Consumer Loan Officer at Rural 1st since August 2015, specializing in financing for rural communities to help individuals achieve their dreams of owning small farms through land, homes with land, and new home construction financing. Prior experience includes serving as a 4-H Youth Development Agent at the University of Tennessee from August 2012 to July 2014, focusing on youth leadership and communication, as well as working as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Auburn University from August 2010 to July 2012, conducting research on various communication issues. Kathryn Hall holds a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Auburn University, a Masters in Agribusiness from the University of Tennessee at Martin, and a Doctor of Business Administration from Lincoln Memorial University, along with dual Bachelor's degrees in Agricultural Communication/Journalism and Agriculture Communication with a minor in Animal Science from the University of Kentucky.
