Jade Lollis is an experienced professional in the lending and agricultural sectors, currently serving as a Relationship Manager at Rural 1st® since July 2020. In this role, Jade contributes to the development of unique lending options for rural customers and supports the growth of the Rural 1st brand. Previously, as a Loan Associate at Rural 1st, Jade managed a substantial loan pipeline, ensuring efficient loan transactions and maintaining customer communication. Jade's background includes roles at Citizens Bank in Tennessee as a Loan Processor and Operations Assistant, as well as research experience at the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture. An internship at Farm Credit Mid-America focused on distressed loan management, while earlier work experience includes a dietary aide role at Knollwood Manor Nursing Home and an internship with Altria centered on agricultural practices. Jade holds a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Agriculture Business from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
