Phillip Oswald is a Partner and Litigation Attorney at Rupp Pfalzgraf LLC since September 2013, where notable achievements include co-chairing the defense of a high-exposure jury trial that resulted in a no-cause verdict for an international client. Prior legal experience includes positions as a Law Clerk at O'Hara, O'Connell & Ciotoli, and for Hon. Brian DeJoseph and Hon. Anthony Aloi, as well as an internship at the New York State Department of Labor's Office of Special Investigations. Phillip's career began at Independence Medical as a Warehouse Associate and was preceded by military service as an Infantryman in the United States Marine Corps. Education credentials include a Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law, a Bachelor of Arts in English and Criminal Justice from the University at Albany, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice from Hudson Valley Community College.
