Fiona O'Leary Sloan is an experienced design strategist with a diverse background in business design and strategy. Currently serving as Design Strategy Lead and previously as Design Strategist at Runyon Design since July 2020, Fiona has honed skills in solving complex business challenges. Prior experience includes a role as Business Designer at Doberman, where contributions focused on innovative solutions for pressing societal issues. Additional roles at co:collective, MassChallenge Israel, Compass, U3 Advisors, and various internships at the U.S. Department of State and the World Health Organization have enriched Fiona’s expertise across multiple sectors. Fiona holds an MBA in International Business from Asia School of Business and a Master's Degree in Public Service from Clinton School of Public Service, complemented by undergraduate studies in Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis.
