Natalie Young is a seasoned professional in technical customer advocacy and account management, currently serving as a Technical Customer Advocate at RunSignUp since September 2014. Previously, Natalie held the position of Technical Account Manager at ACTIVE Network, where responsibilities included consulting, implementing, and managing product solutions for strategic endurance accounts, as well as overseeing a client base generating over $2.5 million in revenue. Natalie's experience also encompasses roles as Database Manager at WB Productions, handling event registrations and donations, and as Registration Director and Event Coordinator at KOZ Events, where Natalie coordinated numerous endurance events and managed accounting records.
