Rafael Gimenez Dotta has a long history of work experience. In 2012, they worked as a Certification Assistant/Administrative Intern at ICEPEX, where they analyzed technical and chemical sampling reports for product certification at INMETRO and completed administrative department routines. From 2016 to 2019, they were employed at TV Cultura - Fundação Padre Anchieta as an Audiovisual Production, where they assisted in the production and recording of television programs, assisted in the production of radio programs, and edited musical programs. In 2019, they worked at GTCONCEPT as a Web Developer and Administrative Assistant, where they developed the company inventory management software and completed financial and inventory control spreadsheets. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at Mainô as a Fullstack Developer, where they completed backend and frontend development using Ruby on Rails, Jquery and Postgresql. Currently, they are employed at Runrun.it as a Backend Ruby on Rails Developer, where they are responsible for backend development, development of new features, and code base maintenance and debugging.

Rafael Gimenez Dotta completed a Bachelor's degree in Business from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM between 2011 and 2014. Rafael then obtained a Bachelor's degree in Comunication from Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo between 2015 and 2018. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Udemy in TDD with Ruby on Rails, RSpec and Capybara, Advanced React and Redux, and The Complete 2020 Web Develoment Bootcamp.
