Rizlène Madad has extensive experience in project management and technical leadership, currently serving as a Project Manager at RunMyProcess since October 2016, focusing on business automation solutions through Agile methodologies. Prior roles included Technical Leader, Support Manager, and Customer Solution Engineer, where Rizlène provided expertise in Business Process Management and application architecture. Previously, Rizlène worked as an IT Consultant at Actimage and engaged in business development as a Business Engineer. Educational credentials include an Engineer’s Degree from ESILV and initial studies in Medicine at Université Paris Cité.
