Patrick Mutuku has worked in the software engineering field since 2017. In 2020, they began working as a Software Engineer at Rune Labs and ABEX. At ABEX, they developed a web portal that listed SAP security advisories and facilitated security patch installation. Patrick also wrote comprehensive unit and functional tests and set up a Buildbot CI/CD pipeline to automate the AWS deployment process. In 2019, they worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Qlanten, where they developed a cloud connector in Python to sync data using REST APIs and Webhooks between Zoho CRM and ExactOnline. Patrick also provided technical support for paying customers and managed the Google Cloud deployment instance. In 2017, they worked as a Product Team Intern at Minerva Project, where they assisted over 200 students and faculty in resolving issues encountered while using the Minerva Forum. In 2015, they worked as a Relationship Officer at Equity Bank Limited, where they assisted customers with making deposits and withdrawals from the accounts as well as answering general inquiries and marketing Equitel.

Patrick Mutuku obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from Minerva University between 2016 and 2020.
