Girish Nanda has over fifteen years of work experience in various industries. In 2004, they began their professional career as an Intern in the IT Department at Shinsei Bank. Girish then worked as an Intern in the Fixed Income and Derivatives department at BNP Paribas in 2006. In 2008, they became a Market Research Associate at Technopak Advisors, where they conducted market research and co-developed strategies to create value for clients. In 2010, they became an Associate Consultant at Strategic Asia, where they were the focal point for business development initiatives, including lead sourcing and conversion. Girish also created and managed a market intelligence database. In 2014, they became a Software Developer and Product Manager at SyncUp Communications, Inc., where they helped companies better engage customers. In 2016, they returned to IoX Engineering as a Software Engineer. In 2018, they became a Senior iOS Engineer at Appcessori Corporation. Finally, in 2019, they joined Rune Labs as an Engineering Manager, Principal Software Engineer, Lead Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer.

Girish Nanda has a diverse educational background. Girish obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and French from Oberlin College in 2008. Girish then pursued a Master of Arts in International Studies from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania in 2014. Girish also earned a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from The Wharton School in 2014. In 2006-2007, they completed a CIEE Critical Studies Program in French Literature and Art History at Université Sorbonne Nouvelle (Paris III). Additionally, they have obtained three certifications from Amazon Web Services: AWS Certified Developer - Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, and AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate.
