Sophia Katharina Raibold is an experienced professional in the field of studio operations and event management, currently serving as 1. Aufnahmeleitung at both Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg and ARD-Hauptstadtstudio, as well as a freelance Aufnahmeleitung for u.a. Sportcast since September 2023. Previously, Sophia held leadership roles at Sky Deutschland GmbH from January 2020 to December 2022, including Teamlead Studio Operations Sports and Manager of Studio Bookings. Additionally, from May 2016 to December 2019, Sophia was Teamleiterin and Stellv. Teamleiterin for Besucher Management at Allianz Arena for DO & CO AG. Sophia earned a Master of Business Administration in Sportmanagement from Friedrich Schiller University Jena between 2016 and 2018, and completed undergraduate studies at the Technical University of Munich from 2011 to 2014.
