Bob Taar has over 28 years of experience in the automotive industry. In 2021, they began working as the Vice President of Business Development & Strategy for RunBuggy. Prior to this, they worked as the President and Founder of RJT & Associates from 2020 to 2021, Vice President of Sales and Client Services for Cox Automotive from 2016 to 2020, Vice President of Commercial Sales, Vice President of Business Development, and Director of Business Development for Ready Logistics from 2011 to 2016, Director of Sales - Remarketing for Ally Financial Inc. from 2008 to 2011, Senior Director of Fleet Remarketing, Fleet Operations and Transportation for Vanguard Car Rental USA Inc. from 2004 to 2008, Senior Business Consultant/Account Manager for Navitaire, an Accenture Company from 2001 to 2004, and Director of Revenue Management for National Car Rental Systems from 1993 to 2001.

Bob Taar has a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics from the University of Minnesota. Bob also recently completed an ExecOnline program from Stanford University Graduate School of Business titled "Leading Thru Personal Excellence".
