Robert Magno has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. In 2011, they worked as a Lab Research Assistant at The University of Tampa. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Software Test Engineer at Gaming Laboratories International, LLC. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Research Fellow at the University of Miami Department of Dermatology. From 2017 to 2021, they held three roles at Citrix, including Presales Engineer Specialist, Technology Specialist, and Technical Analyst/Inside Sales Engineer. Currently, they are a Sales Engineer at Run:AI.

Robert Magno obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Tampa in 2013. Robert then went on to obtain their Master's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Miami in 2017. Robert has also obtained a number of certifications from Citrix, Microsoft, and Google. These include the Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization (CCA - V) and Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization (CCP - V) in 2018, the Citrix Certified Professional - Mobility (CCP - M) in 2017, the Citrix Certified Professional - Networking (CCP - N) in 2017, Exam 414: Implementing an Advanced Server Infrastructure, MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure - Certified 2017, Exam 413: Designing and Implementing a Server Infrastructure, Exam 411: Administering Windows Server 2012, Exam 412: Configuring Advanced Windows Server 2012 Services, MCSA: Windows Server 2012 - Certified 2017, Microsoft Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012, and Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Engineer in 2021.
