Robert O'Connell has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Robert started their career as a Financial Consultant at PNC in September 2010 and worked there until July 2013. From July 2013 to May 2014, they worked in the Boarding department at CardConnect. Robert then held various roles at CardConnect, including Referral Partner Manager (June 2014 - December 2015), Referral/Partner Solutions Manager (December 2015 - July 2016), Manager of Integrated Solutions (July 2016 - April 2017), Director (April 2017 - June 2019), and VP of Integrated Solutioning (June 2019 - May 2020).

In May 2020, Robert joined Fiserv as VP, Head of Integrated Solutioning for FISERV Partner Solutions and held this role until October 2021. From October 2021 to February 2023, they served as VP, Head of Solutioning for the platforms Clover Connect and CardConnect at Fiserv, leading all solutioning efforts for ISVs, Independent Agents, and Retail ISOs. In April 2023, Robert joined Run Payments as SVP, a position they currently hold.

Robert O'Connell attended Penn State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing in 2010.
