Brian Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer insights and quality assurance across multiple sectors. As a Senior Analyst for Customer Insights at ¸éü³¾¾± since May 2023, Brian focuses on enhancing customer experience through micro and macro analyses. Previously, at WestJet from July 2013 to March 2023, Brian contributed significantly to the Experience Analytics practice, leading initiatives in digital metrics and UX research.
