Marco Massini has over 16 years of experience in the areas of private investments, corporate solutions, and strategic counsel. In 2014, they founded MCP Advisors Inc to support high-potential companies seeking expansion, capital structure optimization, and value creation counsel. In 2006, they co-founded Mercurio Capital Partners GP LLC, a private investment firm known for driving value creation for investors and high-potential companies. In 2013, they co-founded Gallant Corporate Services LLC, an advisory and corporate solutions firm. From 2009 to 2021, Massini held various roles including Director of Strategy at McIntosh Group Inc., Director & Chief Financial Officer at Pregmune, Director of the US Subsidiary at Autry International, Director at Votto Vines Importing Inc., Officer of the US Subsidiary at Allegrini S.p.A., and Chief Financial Officer at Rulex Inc. In 2015, they also served as a Board Observer at Lucy AI.

Marco Massini received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General from Columbia University between 2003 and 2005. Marco also obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus in Food Technology and Processing from Università degli Studi di Parma in 1997.
