Jozef Nuyens is a Belgian-American entrepreneur and business executive. Jozef is the co-founder and managing partner of Rugosa Partners, an investment company.

Nuyens began their career in the music industry, founding The Castle Music Group in 1983. The company was successful, and Nuyens eventually sold it in 2008. Jozef then turned their attention to the tech industry, co-founding PassAlong Networks in 2003. The company was acquired by TRL9 in 2010, and Nuyens became its managing director.

In 2012, Nuyens left TRL9 to co-found Rugosa Partners. The company focuses on investing in and accelerating the growth of emerging technologies.

Jozef Nuyens received their BS in Business, Philosophy from Vanderbilt University, and continued their education at Belmont University.
