Erik Godar is an experienced professional in engineering and management, currently serving as Plant Manager and previously as Corporate Continuous Improvement Manager at Ruggable since September 2020. Prior to this, Erik held various positions at Unilever as a Production Engineer and at Hormel Foods as a Maintenance Engineer, where responsibilities included supervising maintenance teams and enhancing equipment reliability. Erik's earlier experience includes roles at SABIC focusing on process optimization and efficiency improvements and at Ecosil Technologies LLC in research and development of eco-friendly products. Erik earned a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, where involvement in student mentorship and engineering ambassador programs demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills.
