Tammy Esmaili, MBA, M.Ed., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. From 1996 to 2004, they worked as a Financial Analyst & Compliance Officer at Jentner Financial Group. Tammy then became a Small Business Owner/Manager at Club Z! In-Home Tutoring from 2004 to 2007.
