David Arnott has been a Team Leader and Senior Project Manager at Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. since April 1999, specializing in the planning, design, and construction of wastewater treatment facilities and sanitary sewer collection systems. This role has involved significant focus on hydraulics, mechanical equipment, and phosphorus removal processes. Prior to this position, David served as an Environmental Engineer at Jacobsen, A Textron Company, where responsibilities included training, permitting, and compliance related to stormwater, air emissions, and hazardous materials. David holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering Mechanics with a focus on Wastewater Processes and Artificial Neural Networks from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
