Kathy Bloomgarden is the CEO of Ruder Finn, a position held since August 1999. Bloomgarden served as a Trustee for the China Institute in 2015 and was a member of the Arthur W. Page Society from 2010 to 2015. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. and an M.A. in Political Science with a focus on Chinese Studies from Columbia University, as well as a B.A. in French from Brown University.
