Pierre Vilpoux serves as the Chairman and CEO of Uavia since July 2016, leading the company's growth and positioning in global environmental monitoring solutions through the Uavia Robotics Platform. In previous roles at Uavia, Pierre was the Chief Business Officer and Board Member, where responsibilities included managing sales and business development, successfully engaging major customers and partners. Pierre also holds the position of Vice President for the Drones Hub at Systematic Paris-Region and mentors entrepreneurial projects as a member of the European Soft Landing Program advisory board. Additional roles include being an Independent Board Member at RUDDER, owner of Vistart Innovation, and investor in various companies, showcasing a strong focus on digital transition, cybersecurity, and innovative technologies. Pierre's educational background includes a Master’s in Telecommunications from the Institut supérieur d'électronique et du numérique and proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge.
