Patrick Tseng is an accomplished Principal Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Ruckus Networks, with a tenure starting in July 2019. Previously, Patrick served as a Senior Software Test Engineer at Brocade beginning in October 2016, focusing on Wireless AP/controller products and software router/gateway testing, particularly leading projects such as SCG200/SZ300/vSZ/vSZD. Prior to this, a Senior Software QA Engineer role at Ruckus Wireless from September 2011 to October 2016 involved similar responsibilities in wireless technologies. Patrick's career began at Zyxel as a Software QA Engineer from July 2007 to August 2011, where duties included testing xDSL/DSLAM/Router/Switch/AP products and designing test plans. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Soochow University.
