Cecil D'silva is a highly skilled networking professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Staff Network Engineer at RUCKUS Networks since April 2020, focusing on Ruckus WLAN, Cloud, Cloudpath, and ICX verticals as a Level 3 escalation engineer.
