Britney Leal has been working in the design field since 2010. Britney began their career as a Designer/Illustrator at Zingerman's in 2010. In 2013, they moved on to Mindo Chocolate Makers as a Designer. In 2017, they joined Rock Paper Scissors as a Designer. In 2019, they became a Design Intern at SARANKCO: Creative Studio. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Ruckus Marketing as an Art Director, Senior Designer, and Designer.

Britney Leal graduated from the School of Visual Arts in 2019 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design.
