Myles Badour, P.E. is an Associate Principal with Ruby+Associates, a Degenkolb Company, where tenure began in July 2016. Myles has progressed through various roles, including Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineer. Prior to this, Myles served as the Structural Engineering Lead/Manager at Sargent & Lundy from June 2008 to June 2016, overseeing a team of approximately ten structural engineers, while also developing proposals, preparing project work plans, scoping documents, cost estimates, and schedules, and providing mentorship to junior staff. Myles possesses strong expertise in the seismic analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures using advanced FEM software such as STAAD.Pro, SAFE, SAP2000, and GTSTRUDL. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from Bradley University, complemented by studies at Saginaw Valley State University and Benedictine University.
