Prior roles include Senior Director Software Engineering at NetApp and Head of R&D as well as Site Head of Nokia Bangalore at Nokia Networks. Rupa's career began at Siemens Communications Software, where significant contributions were made as a Software Engineer, Manager, and Group Head. Rupa holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, Mysore.
