Prasanta Dash is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and architecture. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Rubrik, Inc. since January 2020, Prasanta previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer. Prior experience includes significant roles at Oracle, Avalanche Technology Inc., and Symantec, where contributions were made in developing advanced storage solutions and managing technical projects. Prasanta's early career included positions at Sun Microsystems and Avnisoft Corporation, as well as impactful roles at Wipro, working on diverse projects for major companies including Intel and Tandem. Prasanta holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University College of Engineering, Burla.
