Chris Clay is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in building and managing recruitment teams across various sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at Rubrik since April 2018, Chris leads global recruiting efforts encompassing sales, engineering, product, corporate functions, and employer branding, overseeing a team of over 50 reports.
