Steve Haydu currently serves as the Brand President at Rubio's Restaurants, Inc., overseeing operations, culinary, human resources, and marketing across three states since January 2023. Previously, Steve was the Market President at PanAmerican, a franchise partner of Panera Bread, where responsibilities included driving brand growth in Northern California, improving sales and customer service metrics, and managing various operational functions from October 2015 to January 2023. Additionally, Steve held roles at Panera Bread, including Joint Venture Partner for the Greater Sacramento Market and Sr. Manager of Field Human Resources, and worked for Quest Diagnostics and Jamba Juice in human resources management, leading significant initiatives and operational efficiencies. Steve holds a BA in Sociology from California State University, Chico.
