Timmy Anderson is a CPA with extensive experience in the accounting and business consulting field. Timmy started their career as a Tax Intern at RubinBrown LLP in 2009. Timmy then progressed to roles such as Tax Accountant and Real Estate Tax Manager, specializing in tax compliance for low-income housing and historic tax credits for real estate partnerships. Timmy joined Twain Financial Partners in 2017 as the Manager of Client Services, where they worked on a diverse range of investment types within the public-private partnership sector. Currently, Timmy is a Partner - Chief Operations Officer at RubinBrown LLP, supporting the Real Estate Services Group mission and utilizing their strategic and problem-solving skills to streamline operations and prioritize and implement long-term goals.

Timmy Anderson pursued their education at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting. In January 2011, they received their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
