Rhonda Sparlin is a Partner at RubinBrown LLP, where since December 2013, consultation with businesses on multistate income, franchise, and indirect tax issues has been a primary focus, including assistance with tax controversies, particularly related to home-rule city sales and use tax matters in Colorado. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northwest Missouri State University, earned in 1986.
