Yang Bai is a Senior Industrial Designer at Kingfisher plc since January 2020, overseeing product design and strategy for various categories including Electrical, Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Bathroom, Storage, and Surface for brands such as Castorama and B&Q. Additionally, Yang serves as a Visiting Lecturer at Rubika, teaching design methodology, and has held various roles as a jury member and lecturer at multiple design schools, including CREAPOLE - ESDI and China Academy of Art. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Decathlon France from 2009 to 2019, where Yang led design for multiple sports categories and was responsible for the recruitment of design trainees. Yang holds a degree from L'École de design Nantes Atlantique, earned from 2004 to 2009.
