Nish Fatania has a long history of experience in the food industry. In 2018, they were appointed as the Chief Operating Officer at Rubies In The Rubble. From 2010 to 2018, they were the Head of Operations at Higgidy Ltd., reporting directly to the CEO and with full P&L responsibility. From 2007 to 2010, they were the Manufacturing Manager and Projects Manager at Kate's Cakes Ltd., a premium producer of hand finished cake and chilled desserts.

Nish Fatania attended the University of Brighton from 2001 to 2004.
