Christie Deems currently serves as Development Coordinator and WIOA Career Coach at Rubicon Programs, focusing on case management and coaching by conducting intake interviews, determining eligibility, and facilitating pre-employment preparation while ensuring participants access necessary services. Prior to this role, Christie worked as a WorkAbility Job Developer for Mt. Diablo Unified School District from September 1998 to March 2021. In addition, Christie Deems has pursued further education in Career Advising through UC San Diego Extended Studies from 2022 to 2023.
